May 18-19, 2018 In an effort to help orthopedic surgeons during their first years of practice, Dr. LaReau served the AAOS (American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons) for two days (May 18-19) as a mock instructor, reviewing surgical cases and providing instruction to practicing orthopedic surgeons preparing for their oral board exams.

Building upon his experience with nearly 1,000 anterior approach hips, Dr. LaReau hopes to follow the example of others who have given their time and energy to the important field of surgeon education.
